Introduction
Overview: This Terms and Conditions document outlines the rules for discount offers provided by CS Denture Clinic.
Compliance: Under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law, a regulated health service must not advertise discounts without clearly explaining the terms and conditions of the offer.
Right to Make Changes to the Agreement
Amendments: CS Denture Clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for the duration of the discount offer. Changes will take effect from the date they are posted on our website, and it is the responsibility of the customer to review these terms regularly.
User Guidelines
Scope: The offer applies to discounts on new sets of dentures or mouthguards only. It excludes repairs, relines, adjustments, and cleaning procedures.
Equal Treatment: Patients will not experience any differentiation in treatment. All patients receive the same standard of service and final product
Claiming the Discount: To claim the 10% discount, patients must present a valid letter, newspaper page, or print screen of the advertisement at their first appointment.
Free denture check up: A denture check-up, which assesses the current condition, fit, and function of your dentures, will be provided free of charge at the first appointment, which is a 30 minutes consult.
Validity: This offer is valid for treatments initiated during the period up to 30 of April 2025.
Payments and Deposits
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cash, credit card, or debit card only
Deposit: A deposit of AU$500.00 is required when the first dental impression is taken. This deposit will be deducted from the final price of the denture.
Cancellation: In the event of cancellation after the deposit is paid, the deposit is non-refundable.
Full Payment: Full payment must be completed by the day the new denture/mouthguard is issued.
Private Health Fund
Claims: If a Private Health Fund covers the patient, claims can be made at the clinic on the day of final payment with the patient’s Health Fund Card. The claim will be processed using the HICAP machine at the CS Denture Clinic.
Card Requirement: To make the claim in the clinic, the patient must have their Health Fund card available.
Coverage: CS Denture Clinic has no control over the type of coverage provided by Health Funds or amounts reimbursed by your nominated Health Fund
Governing Law
Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of New South Wales courts.
Legal Advice: For further clarification on specific laws, please consult Australian Consumer Law and AHPRA guidelines.
Warranty Disclaimer
Disclaimer: CS Denture Clinic makes no warranties beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions. This disclaimer does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Limitation of Liability
Limitation: CS Denture Clinic is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of discounted services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
