Introduction
Overview: This Terms and Conditions document outlines the rules for discount offers provided by CS Denture Clinic.
Compliance: Under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law, a regulated health service must not advertise discounts without clearly explaining the terms and conditions of the offer.
Right to Make Changes to the Agreement
Amendments: CS Denture Clinic reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for the duration of the discount offer. Changes will take effect from the date they are posted on our website, and it is the responsibility of the customer to review these terms regularly.
User Guidelines
Eligibility: This offer is available only to new patients who initiate treatment for a new full or partial denture at our Broadmeadow or Morisset clinics.
Scope of Offer: The offer applies strictly to the fabrication of new dentures. It expressly excludes sports mouthguards, repairs, relines, adjustments, cleaning procedures, or any other clinical services.
Clinical Necessity: All dental treatments are subject to a clinical consultation. The offer is only valid if the practitioner determines that the treatment is clinically necessary and appropriate for the patient.
Limitation: Limit of one (1) $100 Eftpos gift card per patient. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.
Claiming the Gift Card: To be eligible, the patient must complete the full payment for the new denture. The gift card will be issued to the patient upon the final collection/fitting of the completed denture.
Non-Convertibility: The gift card is a standalone promotional item. It cannot be converted into a cash discount, credited against the cost of treatment, or exchanged for cash.
Standard of Care: In accordance with the National Law, all patients will receive the same evidence-based clinical care and high standard of service, regardless of participation in this promotion.
Validity Period: This offer is valid for treatments initiated (consultation and commencement of impressions) between 11 March and 30 June 2026.
Payments and Deposits
Payment Methods: Payments can be made via cash, credit card, bank transfer, or debit card only.
Deposit: A deposit of AU$500.00 is required when the first dental impression is taken. This deposit will be deducted from the final price of the denture.
Cancellation: In the event of cancellation after the deposit is paid, the deposit is non-refundable.
Full Payment: Full payment must be completed by the day the new denture/mouthguard is issued.
Private Health Fund
Claims: If a Private Health Fund covers the patient, claims can be made at the clinic on the day of final payment with the patient’s Health Fund Card. The claim will be processed using the HICAP machine at the CS Denture Clinic.
Card Requirement: To make the claim in the clinic, the patient must have their Health Fund card available.
Coverage: CS Denture Clinic has no control over the type of coverage provided by Health Funds or amounts reimbursed by your nominated Health Fund
Governing Law
Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of New South Wales courts.

Warranty Disclaimer
Disclaimer: CS Denture Clinic makes no warranties beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions. This disclaimer does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Limitation of Liability
Limitation: CS Denture Clinic is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of discounted services. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
