What We Do

Partial Dentures

A partial denture is a custom-made, removable dental prosthesis designed to replace one or more missing teeth while preserving your remaining natural teeth. It helps restore your ability to chew, speak, and smile confidently, while also preventing your existing teeth from shifting out of place.

At CS Denture Clinic, we offer a range of high-quality materials and options to suit your needs, including:

Acrylic partial dentures

A traditional and affordable option, made from durable acrylic with metal clasping for retention purposes. These are an affordable option to restore missing teeth, however they are not the best option. We will discuss the pros & cons of every option with you at your initial free consultation with us.

Flexible Dentures or “Valplast” dentures

Made from a translucent, gum coloured flexible base material. “Flexi-dentures” allow for a more aesthetic or “invisible” cosmetic appearance as we can also use this base material to retain the denture instead of using your typical metallic clasping.

Removable Alloy Partial Dentures or “RAPD’s”

These dentures are still the best option for the long-term wearer of removable partial dentures. Manufactured typically from a very thin, high strength Cobalt Chromium framework, alloy dentures provide the wearer with the most comfortable and precise fitting denture, which are far more resistant and durable than acrylic partial dentures. These advantages provide a secure and long-lasting fit and make them a far more suitable solution for long-term denture wearers.

Implant retained partial dentures

Like “complete” or “full” dentures, we can also use implants to retain removable partial dentures. Using an implant to help retain your partial denture will eliminate any necessity for metallic clasping on remaining teeth. This offers are far more aesthetically pleasing denture as well as eliminating any rotational forces on remaining “anchor” teeth, which will help to preserve natural teeth for as long as possible.

Invisible aesthetic look

Although we can achieve a more “invisible” aesthetic look, these dentures cannot be modified, so they will generally need to be replaced if any major changes occur over time in the wearers mouth.

Our team will assess your needs and recommend the best material based on your comfort, durability, and aesthetic preferences.
